Question:

Im looking for a BandW turn over gooseneck hitch that will fit a 2010 dodge ram 2500 mega cab with a 72 inch bed. The trailer is 8 foot wide and has 9.5 inch from front nose of trailer to center of the ball connection. Will a GNK1313 work and will I need a extension to move it back as not to hit the cab?

We do indeed have a B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch that fits your 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab with a short bed. I verified with the manufacturer that the Turnoverball hitch that fits your truck is the following:

- B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1308

This hitch is specifically for the Mega Cab version of your Ram; the GNK1313 you mentioned does NOT fit the Mega Cab. In regards to the extension, since you have a short bed, I do highly recommend using an offset hitch ball for additional turning clearance:

Even with an offset ball you won't be able to make a 90 degree turn due to having a short bed, but the added clearance will absolutely be helpful for you.

I also wanted to mention that along with the hitch and offset ball, the only other thing you'll need for your Ram is a gooseneck wiring harness if you don't have one, with the correct fit being the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932.
