Hey Randy!
For the OEM prep package you'll need to reach out to a Ram dealer, but I can help you out with an underbed system for your 2026 Ram 2500 if you aren't dead-set on getting the exact same as the OEM.
The closest we have for your truck is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1320. Even though this is a gooseneck hitch, it can be used with the Companion Sliding Hitch # BWRVK3400 for flawless 5th wheel towing.
Some additional things I recommend considering are an in-bed 7-Way like the Pollak # PK11893-11932 to make connecting your 5th wheel wiring easier, and an air bag kit to give your OEM suspension extra support.

Jon, I bought the turnover hitch you recommended and it works great, in addition to that i bought the 7 pin wiring harness but it didn't come with everything to install like outer cover that sits in the bed, will return it. Randy
