The fan will not shut off. Can not shut off or open or close with the remote. Purchased a new remote and there is still no response. 2017 Keystone Montana High Country Maxx Fan with rain sensor

It sounds like your MaxxFan may need a new circuit board. Typically, when customers had similar issues they were able to replace the circuit board and their fan return back to normal operation. You can use Replacement Printed Circuit Board # MA10A21276K if you have MA00-04000K, MA00-05100K, or MA00-06200K. You can use Replacement Printed Circuit Board and Switch # MA10-04301k-v16 if you have MA00A04301K, 4201KW, 4251KW, or 4401KW. You will more than likely need the first option, # MA10A21276K.
