Why do I not have power on pin 1 have this paired with the curt wireless controller and no power on it either. Have even hooked trailer up put in drive still no power

You will want to check the fuse for your trailer charge circuit. As your 2020 Ford Ranger did not include a factory 7-way the fuse may have been left out of the fuse block. You will need to locate the fuse box in your engine compartment to check for the fuses. Your owners manual will help you to identify where the box is and which fuses you will need to check if they are in place and not damaged.

The fuse box you need is located directly behind the battery. You will need to check for a fuse in the slot 73, it should have a 30 amp fuse.

I have the same problem, and I do have a good 30 amp fuse in slot 73? Any other suggestions?

From all the info I could find, the 2020 Ranger and the 2021 Ranger both use the same stock bumper. With that being said, the 7 Way plug that is included with the Curt #C56431 can definitely be replaced with the 7 Way plug from the #HM40975.
