According to the linked installation instructions, the shroud located just rearward of the driver's side rear wheel needs to be temporarily removed to access the factory tow package wiring connector. I've provided a photo showing the panel in question. The panel is held in place with 3 push fasteners and 2 14mm bolts. You'll see the factory connector, simply remove the protective cover and plug in the # CU94FR.
The 4 pole connector would then be routed over to the hitch receiver, and the dust cover for the connector can be used to clip the connector to one of the safety chain loops, as shown in the linked video. Or, you can use a bracket that would attach to the underside of the hitch crossbar that would consist of parts # 18140 and # 18144.
I've linked to an install vide that you might find helpful. The video shows the # CU94FR connector being installed on a Palisade, but the procedure would be the same on the Tucson.
