Question:

I saw one of you QandA answers by Gregory M to this question and there is a reference to a video link of where to find the 4 pin connector. I am also having trouble locating it. Could you send the link to the video of where to find the 4 pin connector on a 2021 Lexus RX 350L? It was not included in the post at this link. https://www.etrailer.com/question-557187.html

I linked the referenced install video below, but it is on a 2017 RX 350. Unfortunately, we have not done an install on a 2021 as of yet so we do not have any videos of the Curt # C56217 being installed on your year. However, I did find that you may need the OEM tow package for installation as not all of the RX 350L models have the needed ports included. If you cannot locate the 10 pin connector that should be behind the little plastic removable bin inside the luggage compartment on the passenger side, just below taillight, and or if there is no 4 pin underneath the bumper cover on the driver side, you will most likely need to go with a hardwire option.

If this is the case, you will need to go with the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole # C59496.
