The correct vehicle wiring harness for your 2022 Kia Carnival is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR. This will plug into the factory connector on your vehicle and not require any splicing.
This connector paired with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67ER you were looking at will give you almost everything needed to tow a trailer with your Carnival.
The only other components you will need is a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
