Does Dutton-Lainson Square Swivel Jack DL22340 Use Same Mount As Fulton F2?
Question:
Ive had nothing but bad luck with the Fulton F2 footplate tongue jack that came on my trailer. I had one replaced under warranty but the replacement is so loose my trailer just flops when it comes off the ball and it looks like its going to break. I see the FAQ that the mount plates differ from the Dutton but since Ive got the mount plate welded to the trailer 3.5x4.5inch vertical x horizontal bolt pattern I was hoping to find a replacement that isnt a Fulton that would bolt to it. Ive tried using Fultons lifetime warranty but once it got to their warranty department they just stopped communicating completely. If I can bolt the Dutton up to the welded plate that would be ideal, but I think even if itll clamp onto the frame of the trailer I will probably go with that.

I do have an option, but the Dutton Lainson Square Swivel Jack # DL22340 you were looking at will not bolt directly to the welded mount on your trailer that your current Fulton F2 trailer jack is bolted to.
With that being said as long as your trailer is not more than 5" tall then the bolt on bracket included with the # DL22340 can be used to install the trailer just to the side of your welded on bracket.
This jack has a 2000lb capacity and offers up to 12" of lift.
I included a video of the # DL22340 for you to take a look at.
