Question:

I think my Rola has a light bulb that needs to be replaced, but I cannot figure out how to get at it. How is that done? And if I find that it is a bad bulb, do you stock replacement bulbs?

The lights in the Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Trailer Hitch, part # 59109, are sealed. You cannot replace the bulbs, but you can replace the lights. It would require prying the light fixture from the grommet, disconnecting the plug from that light fixture, and connect it to the new light fixture. Once that is done you can install the new grommet, if needed, and the new light fixture.

You can go with a regular incandescent light fixture, such as the Optronics Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail - Submersible - Incandescent - Oval - Red Lens, part # ST70RB. It is a less expensive option but the lights will not last as long. The other option would to replace it with an LED light fixture. The Optronics LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - 48 Diodes - Oval - Red Lens, part # STL70RB, is an LED light fixture that will also fit your Rola cargo carrier. The LED lights would be brighter, draw less power, and last longer. Whatever you do decide, I recommend replacing both light fixtures at the same time to be on the safe side.
