Blue Ox Weight Distribution System and the Brackets Needing to be 29" Away from the Ball Center?

Question:
Your video states that the trailer brackets need to be 29inch from the hitch ball. Yes, but to what point? The brackets appear to be 4-5inch or so wide. Is 29inch to the front, middle, center, or where? My trailer has a somewhat shorter tongue than some, and I want to know exactly where these will need to sit on the tongue frame to see if this will work for my trailer. Otherwise, are there different length bars available? Vehicle is a 2016 Yukon Denali with HD towing package. Trailer is a 2 horse BP trailer with longer dressing room with weekender package

On the Blue Ox Weight Distribution System item # BLU66FR the 29" inch measurement point is the center of the bracket. There is some margin for the placement of the bracket because of the chains holding the torsion bars. However, there has to be tension on the bars for them to work properly.
There are several different bars available for the Blue Ox systems like item # BLU25FR this set has a lower weight rating for a smoother ride when you're pulling a lighter load. All the Blue Ox bars are the same length though.
