All Weather RV Vent Covers

do they make any kind of vent cover thinginch that will allow the cover to be open for ventilation but not allow rain to come in? Living in Florida the RV gets so hot inside and I just want to be able to leave it open a little to allow air in when the RV is not in use. i dont know what to call it so dont know what to look for.
