Hello Rick, thanks for reaching out. I do have a solution for you, but there is no adapter for the 3 prong plug on your lance camper. Lance uses proprietary plug, so your best option is to replace it with a 7-way plug like the Hopkins 7-Way Blade Style Connector with Molded Cable # HM20041. This way you can simply plug in to the 7-way plug on your F150. I also recommend running your connections thru a junction box # 3375601101.
