Question:
I have a arctic fox truck camper. one vent in the bathroom with a small fan motor. And a fantastic fan over the bed area. The fantastic fan is a three speed power fan. Would the original Maxxair vent cover be sufficient for the bathroom fan? Second question, would the Maxxair II cover be a good choice for the Fantastic higher volume fan? Or would the Ultra Breeze cover be a better choice?

Expert Reply:
The MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover part # MA86JR is sufficient enough for either fan as long as they are the standard 14x14 fan. However, I do recommend to use a Fantastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent part # DMC38FR because it is 10-1/4" tall compared to the shorter MaxxAir Vents which are 9-3/8" tall. The taller cover will allow for better air flow because the vent will be allowed to open further. Either cover would work well but the Fantastic will give you more air flow.
