Seeing as this seems to be the most premium vent fan offered, is the motor brushless? If not, is there a brushless roof vent fan availibke for purchase?

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - White Item # MA00-07000K has a brush motor.
The MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed - White # MA00A04301K however does have a brushless motor. This manual-lift roof vent has a 4-speed fan for efficient airflow inside your RV, camper, or trailer. Ceiling fan mode circulates air when vent is closed. The manual knob opens and closes the dome, and the removable bug screen keeps insects out.
