Question:

I’m about to order a new max air 4000 fan and max air 2 cover. Can’t decide on the color, white or the black/smoke. Can you please tell me the pro’s and con’s of both. Heat/light/?

Both the smoke and white colors will be the same in regards to how much heat gets through and will be relatively similar when it comes to light, although the smoke will naturally be a little darker. Since you'll be using the roof vent AND a cover though you won't see as much light either way so my recommendation is to use whichever matches the color scheme of your trailer better.

For white you want these parts:
Vent - # MA00-04002K
Vent Cover - # MA76JR

For smoke you want these parts:
Vent - # MA00A04401K
Vent Cover - # MA26JR
