Question:
Can you bake in this?

You sure can Becky. The Greystone Microwave item # GR27FR is also a convection oven. It uses a built-in fan and an exhaust system to circulate hot air continuously around food. This process actually works quicker than a standard oven but slower than using the standard microwave settings.
The Greystone Microwave item # GR27FR has 10 temperature and 8 auto-cook settings to bake and brown foods. The interior of the microwave measures 14" wide x 9-1/2" tall x 14-1/8" deep so you will need to use smaller baking dishes and pans or the included tray.

The convection microwave is excellent. In my haste to order this item, I did not consider a trim kit. The trim kit is not available fromtrailer so I had to search out a different supplier to get the correct trim kit. I should have ordered a convection microwave that had a etrim kit included.
