Exactly what I needed delivered on time
Had an older model voyager that went bad. Even though this was a different and newer model, it came with the wires and plugs to fit my system anyway and works well.
Terri was very professional and easy to work with. I have not installed the unit yet but it appears to be a straightforward installation. As long as someone is comfortable with splicing wires.
Product arrived in good condition & appears to be complete. Will be installed next week.
Work out great for our special project.

Nice well built unit seems like it will hold up in rv life
Added a dedicated screen for my rear view and turn signal cameras. Seeing whats behind a 40’ motorcoach and what is about to pass makes driving more enjoyable and less stressful.
Do you carry any harness adapters so I can plug into the existing harness without splicing. I am replacing a VOM-78 monitor
Could not mount it on my Jeep wrangler. the tag light interfered with the mounting of the camera. It was not worth the hassle to return it, so I gave it away. I do believe it would have been a great product, but not for my application. this is the reason I only gave it an average rating.
The package containing the monitor arrived in tact on the date as promised. I may need an additional video contacter.

Easy install
This Voyager monitor was a direct replacement in our '09 class A. Once the rats nest of wiring in the dash was dealt with the install was very easy. The clarity of the rear view picture is a vast improvement over the old unit plus the color grid lines for backing are better as well.
Was a plug and play upgrade to my outlaw 37rb so now I can see all 3 video feels at the same

Monitor was a great replacement for the old monitor that died. Had to purchase an adapter as backup camera on RV was an older style. Nice to have backup camera and side cameras all on the screen at once nice.
Great product and easy install. It took me a minute to find the wires behind the dashboard. Exact fit with my existing voyager cameras.
Installed the replacement monitor in my 2007 Monaco diplomat. I needed an adapter wire for the #1 camera called etrailer, spoke with Kate F and it was shipped the same day. Thank you Kate and Carol C (Carol took my order) and a thank you to the shipping department for processing my order so quickly.
Product came earlier than expected. The people at E trailer are amazing and very helpful.

The camera monitor arrived intact with the parts needed for installation. Installation is scheduled for September 16.
Monitor arrived two days early. Pulled the old one out and installed new one in less than 30 minutes. Works great.

My old voyager VOM 7694 has a 25 pin wiring harness. The new VOM 719 WP has 8 wires. 3 stationary cameras work, but no instructions or diagram included how to trigger the backup camera. Purchase was supposed to be a “direct replacement”.
