I have a 2020 Ram mega cab dually with a toolbox, will this cover work for my application?

As long as the toolbox you have installed in your 2020 Ram 3500 Mega Cab DRW with the 6-1/2' bed is between 19-21" wide and is an over the rail toolbox then the Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A64259 you were looking at will fit perfectly with it.
If your toolbox is a different size then you will need to go with a toolbox like the DeeZee Red Label Truck Bed Tool Box - Crossover Style - Aluminum - 8.4 Cu Ft - Black # DZ8170B which is 20" wide and will work perfectly with this cover.
