Question:

This unit is on a Freightliner diesel pusher chassis w/ tow package harness back to 7 pin receptacle. I dont know where the wiring harness begins at the driver cockpit or what to look for. I also noticed in the yes/no section that if the coach is not being used frequently that this unit may run down the batteries. Is this unit the best for my application and if so how can I identify the wiring harness in the driver cockpit area. Thank you

I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 for your 2017 Coachmen Sportscoach 407FW. This will connect to the factory wiring port on the left side of the steering column with a Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3027-P.
