This is on a 2020 flagstaff 176LTD pop up camper. Thank You

I do have an option for you to use larger tires, but with only 4" clearance between the top of your 145R12 tires and the top of the fender on your 2020 Flagstaff 176LTD Pop Up Camper you are already around as tall as you can go.
To be able to use a 13" wheel and tire like the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM31951 you will need to raise your trailer.
As long as the axle is above the leaf spring then you can do an over-under kit to easily raise the trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack which will be plenty for adding the larger 13" tall tires.
I was unable to find what which axle was used in your trailer, so if you can tell me the diameter of the axle tube I would be happy to recommend an over-under kit for you.
For example the Dexter Over-Under Kit # K71-384-00 is designed for axles with 2-3/8" diameter axle tubes.
If you have a different diameter axle tube then just let me know.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
