I would be happy to help you determine which replacement hub assembly will fit your 2002 Jayco Heritage Laurel Pop Up Camper, but the Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit - Uni-Servo - Dacromet - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # AKUBRK-35-D you were looking at are a brake assembly.
For compatible hubs you will more than likely need the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ. The reason I say likely is there is not a specific bearing combination for 2900lb axles like yours, but based on the hub size you provided it more than likely uses 3500lb brakes.
You will want to confirm this by confirming your bearing combination. You can do this by removing one of the hub assemblies and looking for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of the bearings as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If you bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindle in the locations shown in the included diagram.
As long as your current hubs use inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 or your spindle measurements are 1.378" and 1.063" then this hub will work. If this is the case then the hub mentioned is correct, and the # AKUBRK-35-D can be used as replacement brake assemblies.
If you find you have a different bearing combination just let me know.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
