I am looking for only the fifth wheel installation brackets for a 2008 F350 8 foot bed. I would like a no frame drilling option.

For you 2008 Ford Super Duty with an 8 foot bed if by installation brackets you are referring to the base rail kit, I suggest the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # BWRVK2400. This kit lets you mount your 5th-wheel trailer hitch in the bed of your truck using below bed mounting brackets attached to the above bed rails. The brackets in this kit use holes that already exist in your vehicles frame to minimize the need of drilling holes. Please note the attached product review and installation videos.
If looking for brackets only as in the component that mounts to the frame and not needing the above bed base rails, I will need to know what above bed rails have. We do have the Reese Universal Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches (No Base Rails) # RP30439.
