Replacement Fireplace For A Greystone WF2613R Fireplace

Question:

I have a 2019 RV. My Greystone fireplace is no longer under warranty. Model Number WF2613R. Serial Number 002745. Below is the issue Im experiencing. Based on the troubleshooting steps, it appears that I need to replace the circuit board. Do you carry those? While running the fireplace, the heat shut off by itself and the light froze no animation. I could not turn it off with the power button. I flipped the breaker off, waited 15 minutes, then flipped it back on it turned on without me pressing the power button, was brightly illuminated, but was not animated and was not blowing. When the light is on solid, I cannot turn on the blower/heat. When the light is animated, I can turn on the blower/heat. The only way to turn it off completely is with the breaker. The dimmer switch wont work either.

Your Greystone WF2613R fireplace has actually been discontinued, and its replacement parts are no longer available, unfortunately.

I know it's not what you're wanting to do, however since your fireplace and its parts are no longer available, the best option is to replace the entire fireplace with its replacement, which is:

-Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals - Recessed Mount # 324-000068.

This is a 26", electric fireplace, that has 4 color settings, a heat output of 1,500 watts, and measures 28-3/8" wide x 21-3/8" tall x 5 1-2" deep.
