Question:

I am looking at the BK1-150 kit for both sides of my roughly 2002 karavan pwc trailer. When I measured the axle it looks like it takes a 34823 RG06-010 seal instead of the seal in this kit. Is it possible to swap out the 2 seals in this kit for the RG06-010 seal kit or do you have to just buy them both separately and waste the seals that are not needed. I went through all of the bearing kits I could find on the site and it did not seem like there was one with the L44649 bearings for inner and outer with the correct size seal.

The Bearing Kit # BK1-150 contains the bearings, races and grease seal commonly found on a BTR Spindle.

The Bearing Kit # BK1-100 contains the bearings, races and grease seal commonly found on a BT8 Spindle.

It appears that your spindle on your 2002 Karavan PWC Trailer uses a combination of the two kits. As we do not have an exact kit with the components that you need you can acquire all the parts individually. You will need the following parts for both hubs on your axle.

4- # L44649 Bearings
4- # L44610 Races
2- # 34823 Grease Seals

And if you have a EZ lube spindle 2- Spindle Washers # 5-101, or 2- Cotter Pins # 165649 for a standard castle nut spindle.
