Question:
I have a Dynamax RV on a promaster 3500 frame. It weighs around 11500 gross. What do I need to help with sway and it feels light in the front steering. Not a lot of clearance in rear, was hoping to get an inch or two higher.

Assuming that your RV doesn't already have one, an anti-sway bar like # RM-1129-143 will keep your rear axle tied perpendicular to the frame which will be the most effective way to prevent the front end from getting squirrely on you. However, this option wouldn't affect your ride height.
If you already have the OEM anti-sway bar, the addition of SuperSrings # SSA11 will offer pretty effective sway resistance, but would also raise your ride height by about an inch and would also help reduce rear sag from the suspension. This is the best option we offer that would provide an increase in ride height.
Since you're also wanting to raise the rear ride height by a bit, the # SSA11 SuperSprings helper springs are what I'd recommend.
