Will this fit a 2014 2.0xt Forester? Also, what wiring kit for a flat 4 pin connector?

For your 2014 Subaru Forester, the hitch you will want is the Draw-Tite Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 75876. It is confirmed to fit the 2014 Forester. The hitch has a maximum gross towing capacity of 3,500 pounds and a maximum tongue weight capacity of 525 pounds.

The wiring kit I recommend for you is the Tow Ready T-one Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467. This wiring harness plugs directly into the existing wiring on your Forester.
