The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1139-173 is 1-3/8" diameter in size while the stock anti-sway bar on the 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty is around 1/2" thick.

Since your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty is DRW you'll need the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1139-193 which has a diameter of 1-1/2".
