I wanted to purchace a Roadmaster Rear Sway Bar, but was confused about the RM-1139-193 vs the RM-1139-190. Could you clearify please?

The correct Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for a 2017 Ford F-450 is part # RM-1139-190, not part # RM-1139-193 which is for a Ford F-350. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar is an excellent option to improve stability while hauling an in-bed camper so you made a great choice and it will be a bolt-on, easy to install option.
