If your 2010 Nissan Frontier came with the factory tow package that includes a 7-Way trailer connector then you would not need any additional relays unless the factory left them out for some reason. You can check the vehicle owners manual for the fuses/relays related to the tow package wiring and brake controller to determine if they are present. If they are not present use # C57000.
If your Frontier did not come with the factory tow package then you will need to hardwire in a brake controller starting with a 4-Way, # C56225, unless it already has a 4-Way wiring harness. Then you would need 4 and 7 way installation kit # ETBC7 which will provide the 7-Way and the wiring and accessories needed to install a brake controller.
The last item you would need is the brake controller itself. I recommend the P2, # 90885, because it is easy to set up and use, and because it is reliable. I have included links explaining the ETBC7 installation for you. .
