A Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993 is needed to be able to test the wires coming out of the brake switch on your 2015 Lexus RX350. You will need to test the wires that you have until you are able to find the wire that has no power with the brake pedal released, but gets power when you push on the brake pedal. You will not be able to test this with the connector removed from the brake switch as the circuit needs to be complete. When we did this installation on a 2013 RX 350, which I have linked below it was the yellow wire that we spliced into.

With the correct wire identified you will be able wire in a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 with a Wire Splice # SWC502905-1 or the preferred method would be to solder into the wiring for a more durable connection.
