I'm excited about adding a hitch on my Lexus but cutting it up to install it, not so much. Is there a hitch option available I can install without needing to trim the fascia? It's a 2019 RX 350

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 is my recommendation as a confirmed fit hitch that does not require trimming in order to install. The Curt comes in a glossy black finish and will look great on your Lexus as you can see from the pictured example.
For a wiring harness I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118255 and a great adjustable ball mount with hitch ball is the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900. This is a flexible solution that could work on a variety of trailers of differing heights and coupler sizes.
