How Tight Should Hitch Pin of Thule Camber Bike Rack be Torqued

Question:
I was tightening my hitch bolt and the bolt broke. How many lb-ft should i tighten the bolt to next time? And what is the replacement bolt for this rack? Thanks.

Thule doesn't list a specific torque rating for the hitch pin bolt of the Thule Camber part # TH9056 that you referenced and instead says "hand tight with included wrench". For a replacement hitch pin you'd want the part # 853-5917.
