When the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # KU74FR is in the folded position with the shank also folded upright, it measures 46-3/4" wide and 30-5/8" long (see attached photo).
In case you were actually needing the shipping box dimensions, I got ahold of Kuat for this information. The shipping box is 48lbs and measures 32" by 31" by 7". I attached a demonstration video for you.
