I don't have any way to look up parts for a specific trailer, if you can send photos I'd be glad to see if we have any options for replacement. That said, it looks like some use them use a fairly standard rectangular taillight for trailers over 80" wide. It's best to replace these in pairs as there are a few different styles. I recommend the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights part # TLL160RK.
