I have a 1989 Land Rover Defender with a custom bumper. It has holes for a bolt on hitch receiver, but I dont know which one will fit. The holes are 3.5inch width by 2 inch height center to center. see Picture Which part # will fit those dimensions? Thanks in advance

The closest option we have to the 3-1/2" x 2" bolt pattern you mentioned that your 1989 Land Rover Defender bumper has is the Curt # 13018 which has a mounting hole pattern that measures 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" as shown in the included diagram.
The only option to get a trailer hitch receiver to fit your bumper would be to have a receiver like the # 325-GH-002 welded to a plate that is custom made and drilled to fit your mounting plate.
A local fabrication shop could knock this out pretty easily.
