I’m looking for a spare wheel and tire for my triton jet ski trailer. The size on it now is ST145r12.

I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140 and the Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver # LH45FR for Triton Jet Ski trailer. This aluminum wheel will stand up well against corrosion. The tire is the same ST145/R12 Load Range E tire that is on your Trailer.
The CE Smith Offset Spare Trailer Tire Carrier # CE27310G will allow you to mount the spare onto a trailer frame up to 3" wide and 5" tall.
