Ball mount with dual-ball platform lets you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle

Does Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount For 2-1/2" Hitch & 10-3/8" Drop Come With Pintle
Hey Colt, I did a lot of searching and unfortunately the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount for a 2-1/2" Hitch # C45927 does not come with a pintle hook-only attachment, and there isn't a similar option for a 2-1/2" hitch with a rise/drop similar to the 10-3/8" Drop, 8-7/8" Rise this mount has. I know it's not what you wanted but just to be thorough, you can use this mount with Pintle Hook # C45922 and Pins & Clips # C45925.

Can Curt Heavy-Duty Dual Ball Attachment for Weight Distribution Shanks Have 20k Capacity
Hey Luke, yes the Curt ball adapter part # C29NR does fit the weight distribution shank you have now and since the shank was designed for 2.5 inch hitches it would give you the full 20k capacity. The part # C45927 is a different approach to the same thing but is basically a 20k adjustable ball mount like you said you'd want as well. I wouldn't say it's better but since you already have the shank I'd go with the # C29NR.

The # C45927 is compatible with a 2-1/2 inch receiver. If your 2020 Ram 2500 has the 2-1/2 inch receiver, the # C45927 would indeed be the correct fit. The gold finish you refer to is a zinc coating for corrosion resistance and its the only finish the ball is available in. Is Replacement Shank Available for Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount with 10-3/8" Drop
The Replacement Shank # C45917 is for the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount # C45902 which has a 5-1/4" rise/6" drop. I reached out to Curt and my contact said that at this time (July 2020) there is no replacement shank for the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount # C45927 so you'll have to pick up the entire ball mount to use this shank.
