Question:

I have this rack. As a women it is extremely heavy and difficult to carry to the truck. Is it possible to have a wheel welded on to this. If so what type abs approximately what size. Thanks

The newer Thule T2 Pro, part # TH83JV, has rollers attached, but the older ones did not. It sounds like your have the older T2.

While it is entirely possible to weld anything onto your older T2, I cannot say what will work or what size you need.

You may be able to use something like the Ultra-Fab Steel Roller for RVs with 2" Trailer Hitches, part # UF48-979020. You might be able to weld this on the rest area to use the roller as your wheel. Again, I cannot say for sure if this will work, but it is a possibility. I've linked to a video review of this below.

Keep in mind that any modifications will likely void any warranties you have.
