We do not have a video of the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL44VJ being installed on a Toyota RAV4 but I would be happy to walk you through the installation.
To get these installed on your 2012 Toyota RAV4 you will first need to remove the plastic cap on the barb fitting on the bottom of the air spring, and then roll it up towards the fitting to remove all of the air from the spring. While it is still rolled up you will want to put the cap back on so it stays compact.
Once this is done you will be able to squeeze the spring into your coil springs with the barbed fitting point down.
Now that the spring is installed you will remove the cap and install the air line. Make sure when routing the air line that you avoid any moving or hot components.
I included a video review of the # AL44VJ for you to take a look at.
