Question:

Have a Jaco Red Hawk 2012. just received item, Order 111378274. 12 volt motorthat raises and lowers does not work. Has blue wire and gray wire on motor. blue has red dot showing positive. Switch open-close has 1 black 1white simple. up and down switch shows 1 blue 1gray 1white. The blue and gray i guess match themotor blue and gray. white left over is ground. No instructions included. can you send me another open and close motor.

I've attached the wiring guide for the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent w/12V Fan and Wall Switch - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" - White Item # V2119-1-533. Once you have it properly wired check the voltage running to the motor to ensure it's receiving 12v. If the voltage is good and it's properly wired and the motor still isn't working then you have a bad motor and it would need to be replaced with Replacement Gear Motor with Pinion Gear for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent
Item # BVB0601-00.
