Replacement Operator for Ventline V2119 RV Roof Vent

Our vent motor works to open and close the V2119 vent, however when closing the vent the motor doesnt stop when its closed. The vent will open during travel. What part do I need to fix this problem?

According to my contact in the engineering department at Ventline, the cause of what you have going on is a damaged operator.
The operator is the linkage between the motor and the vent lid. Look at the photo I've provided. If the housing around the operator is split at the seam indicated by the arrow in the photo, the operator is damaged and would need to be replaced using part # BVD0462-00. You won't need the knob and screw included with the operator because your vent has a powered lift.
