Testing Wiring of Lights to Determine Function before Installing on Vehicle

Question:
I have a 2004 Silverado with a Fontaine work body on it. I had to replace the lights on the work body. The only ones I could find were LEDs that would fit in the space. The led lights I got have 3 black wires, 1 red wire, 1 yellow wire, 1 brown wire and 1 white wire. Could you help me out and tell me how they are suppose to hook up? Thanks I have bought things from yall in the past and would appreciate your help so I can do this ONE time. Thanks

Since I don't know for sure what light assemblies you have I can only really venture a guess on what the wire colors represent. Especially since there are so many of them. Typically white is ground so I'd start by connecting that to a ground and then test the other wires by having them contact a 12 volt power source to see what functions they activate. Red is probably stoplight circuit, brown is taillight, and yellow is probably blinker but again you'll have to test by function to determine that for sure.
Use a vehicle battery as a way to test this.
