Can 2018 Ford F-150 Be Lifted By Frame with Firestone Air Bags Installed

Question:
Hello I purchased an rear air bag helper kit riderite 2582 for my ‘18 f150 it says that vehicle cannot be lifted from the frame when air bags are installed. Does it hurt anything if bags are installed and you lift truck from the frame? Or is that a disclaimer so in case something does happen from that, that they are free from warranty? Any input would be appreciated. Just seems weird to me not being able to lift from frame, i mean the leaf springs and shocks are still holding the rear end....

Yes, you can lift the truck by the frame with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2582 installed on a 2018 Ford F-150. It says in the manual this is permitted but you must first release the air pressure from the bags. The crimp rolled design they use on the air bags is very strong and can support the weight of the axle.
