Can 2019 Ford F-150 4x4 Be Lifted By Frame with Air Bags

Can you help me with information to install the 5k lb air bags and the air lift wireless one kit. The truck is 4wd. Also, do you offer limit straps or point me in the right direction as where they can be purchased to limit possible damage if lifted by frame?

There are two airbag options for a 2019 Ford F-150 4x4, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57385 and the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2582. The AirLift kit would not allow you to lift the vehicle by the frame without supporting the axle or unbolting the bag but the Firestone kit would. However, the Firestone kit also will not work with an in-bed hitch. I don't have any straps that are specifically for supporting the rear axle but any standard ratchet strap would work.

Please note, either will work just fine with the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL25980.
