For some hitches it is required by Curt to use the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap # 18050 in order to maintain the warranty of the hitch, though for many they have backed off of that recently. Thankfully, the Curt hitch that fits your 2020 Chevy Bolt EV does not require the use of the strap; the hitch that fits your vehicle is the following:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11457

If you take a look below at the installation instructions you can see that Curt recommends the use of the strap for accessories, but it is not a requirement. The warranty will still be honored even without the use of the strap, so if you don't have a place for it on your Bolt you do not need to use it.
