Will there be a hitch with a 2inch receiver available for the 2017 Chevy Bolt?

No there will only be 1-1/4 inches for the 2017 Chevy Bolt. The issue is that manufacturers match up the vehicle capabilities with the appropriate size hitch. The Bolt just doesn't have the capacity to necessitate a 2 inch trailer hitch because it could easily be overloaded.

Curt hitch # C11457 is your best option. This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements. I have linked the Class I compatible 2-bike racks and cargo carriers for you.
