There isn't a slightly different version of an RJ-11 cable, the port will accept a standard RJ-11 cable in the Replacement Key Wall Control For MaxxFan Plus and Deluxe - 4 Key # MA00A03550K.

What you can use is the Communication Cable # 34279523.
