Solution for MaxxFan 4751KS That Won't Open Manually or With Wall Switch

Question:

I have the MaxxFan 4751KS on a 2022 Alliance Avenue 30RLS. The vent lid will not open with the wall control. The manual turn handle wont open it either. It does nothing. There is power to the motor. It almost seems like the motor is seized up. Or could there be something that is making the lid stuck?

It sounds like the operator of your MaxxFan is locked up or damaged since it won't open manually or with the motor. For a replacement you'd need the part # MA10-20281K-1AF and you'd be set.
