MaxxAir Fan will not close using the Remote

Question:
Our fan works just fine other than it will not close with the wall switch it will manually mod. #4951ks ser.#2014-03-4951ks-0641. Does the switch need to be replace or just the circuit board?

There is a quick check to run and that is to unplug the Printed Circuit Board check the connections and make sure that the connections are good and free of any debris. Plug it back in then re test if it works you're good to go if not replace it with the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vents part # MA10A04751KS which is the replacement board for the 4951KS fan that you have.
