I am looking at installing Fulton Fenders item # F008573 and mounting them with Galvanized Steel, U-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets Item # PF1135-BKT-2. I have two questions: 1. Will the brackets support the two side steps of the fender as well as the top step? 2. My Shorelandrfoot trailer frame is 1 1/2inch wide x 3inch tall. Can you recommend a u bolt to mount the bolt on brackets? Thank you.

The brackets part # PF1135-BKT-2 will support the side steps of the Fulton fender # F008573 but not the center step. For the center step you'd need L-brackets like the # PF775-BKT-2.
You'd need u-bolts that are 3-5/8 inches wide which at this time we do not carry.
